WE ARE IN JAMAICA---MONDAY

-GOOD MORNING!

Everybody made it to Kingston----hallelujah!!

Yesterday was a character building day for the youth ----and they came through with flying colors!

The Coneheads and Reid's group spent more than 10 hours in the Miami airport waiting.....
Carmen's and the Ridolfi's group left out about 3 or so from Miami and spent another 4 hours in Grand Cayman's airport. Reid's group went through Montego Bay.....When they got there the tickets had been cancelled and they thought they had missed the flight. We got the text at the airport in Kingston----- about midnight about 30 minutes after Carmen's group .....we prayed as a group for Reid and his group and for a flight. Less than 5 minutes later Josh texted me that
they the tickets were being printed-----Thank you God for hearing us when we pray!
Reid's group got in about 4---24 hours after getting up in Jacksonville.....what troupers!!

This morning we have had breakfast---it's almost 10 here---the hotel is very nice.
Everyone is in good spirits, good attitudes even the ones who are getting their luggage in about an hour.

Keep praying for us as we plan this morning and go this afternoon.....

I am adding pictures on snapfish. I will try to add everyone's email that the kids give me but
if you do not get the email from snapfish with pix please call Alicia at FBC and she will forward them to you.

Trelle - Glad everyone has finally made it to Kingston. The trip down there will certainly be a memorable one to say the least. Didn't realize that Jack Cummings was with you - He is a close friend of Flint's parents at FBC - Jax. Don't think he knows Jeremy belongs to us. Please tell him "hello" from the Williams. On another note - was there ever any explanation as to why the Jamaica flights were cancelled in the first place? Have had several people ask. We are praying from back home that God will have his way in the hearts of all who went and those whom they touch this week. Have a joyful and restful day.

Thanks so much for the pix on snapfish! We Butlers are not accustomed to being apart for long - so the photos and info on the blog help so much. I second Michelle's wish for today - may it be joyful and RESTFUL!!!

Thanks so much for keeping us posted! It was great to hear that everyone made it safely, even though I know you're all exhausted. Add my email to your Snapfish list if you can. It's lcgilligan@gmail.com. Give Adam and Brian a hug from their mother! Give Reid a hug, too. I'm sure he could use one after yesterday's ordeal! We are all praying for God to move in the lives of our youth and to use them to touch the lives of others.

Trelle ~ forgot to mention that John and I also know Jack Cummings from the first mission trip to Nicaragua. Please tell him hello from us and let him know that Matthew belongs to me. The pictures on Snapfish are great. I also mentioned your blog last night at the sharing service so I know lots of people are tuning in. Please give Reid a big hug and let him know how proud we are of him! I am so happy to know everyone is safe, well fed and excited about what God has in store.

Trelle - I've been praying for ya'll. Remember this...."A man's heart plans his way, but the Lord determines his steps." Proverbs 16:9
Team Nic did a great job last night. God is doing a mighty work in all of our hearts. Please know that I'm praying non-stop. Your sister in Christ, Angie
