David and I are writing today to invite you to become a partner in our missionary journey with Christian Light Foundation. As most of you know on January 23 of this year David and I were approved as missionaries with the Christian Light Foundation. This foundation enables the called to be enabled to go. We are very excited about this opportunity that God has given us.
David and I will be able to go on the mission field for short terms. This allows Thomas, Ben and Jacob to remain in school here in Thomasville. It also lets us continue working and supporting Matt and Josh while they are in college. David and I feel very blessed.
During the next year the two of us will be visiting Costa Rica, Haiti and the Philippines for ten days to two weeks. David and I will be sharing the gospel and meeting the missionaries that CLF has already in place. We will begin the ground work for the vitamin program to be implemented later this year. You will hear much more about this in the weeks and months to come. The trips with CLF are in addition to the medical mission trip to Nicaragua in June with First Baptist and another trip to Costa Rica for Jacob and Latrelle in June with Dr. Jerry Spencer.
David and I would ask that you and your family would join us on our journey. First we would ask for your continued prayers.
